Time out!

As much as I'd really like to be in my craft room playing with paper and posting pictures for you to look at, I don't see any play time at least for a few more days! Last weekend spent most of my time at my dear daughters cleaning, and painting her little girls room in preparation for the arrival of baby brother! But....baby brother is being stubborn and doesn't want to come out!! She had contractions Last Thursday, Friday and Saturday, then not much on Sunday. Then last evening they were 2 to 3 minutes apart, they spent a few hours at the hospital, then were sent home! Ugh, now today not much happening! Then to top it all off I get a nasty head cold! So I'm hoping to feel better and baby comes in the next few days, then Nana will be spending some quality time with paper!!! So be patient I will be posting again and not disappearing again:)

Good morning

Woke up way to early this morning, so while I was sitting here drinking my coffee thinking about getting ready for work I thought I'd post a couple cards I had sitting here.

This first one I made this weekend wishing for spring and warm sunny weather, so I wanted to use bright sunny colors! I used the in colors, Pear pizzaz, peach parfait, poppy parade, and concord crush. The peach flowers I stamped on the card front, then stamped and cut out ones to pop off the card. The Butterfly was also cut out and put on with dimensionals. Oh ya used the Bold Blossom set from the Occasions mini. Hope you like it!

This card I made for a dear friend, (need to get it in the mail:) I used a oval to mask, then spong and stamp the image. Also used the tulip frame embossing folder from the mini. The stamp set used is a level one hostess set, Silhoutte Sentiments out of the big catty! Hope you enjoy todays cards, Now it's time for me to get of the couch and ready for work! Happy Stampin!

I can't believe how long it's been since I logged in here! I couldn't even remember my passwords:( But here I am! Yippy! My life is crazy as always, as much as I love crafting, sometimes real life takes over and I don't get to play as much as I'd like! I have been doing a few things, just not as much as I'd like. So please bear with me as I try to catch up and post a few things!
The first thing I'd like to share are some cards for my Stamp-a-stack next Sat. And I really have to have RSVP's ASAP, being that it is my busy time at work I only have tomorrow to prep for this so let me know if you plan to attend!
I can not take credit for these designs, they were sent to me by my upline Mary Polcin, who is a awesome lady!! Being my time is so crazy I figured why reinvent the wheel when Mary was so great in shareing these with me!
